May Fete Parade

The May Fete Parade is an annual children's parade held in Palo Alto. A longstanding tradition that began in 1921, it draws hundreds of Palo Altans every year. The parade features high school bands, local youth groups, troops, and Palo Alto children. It is accompanied by the Palo Alto Weekly Float Contest. The 2008 May Fete Parade was the 86th annual parade.

The May Fete Parade used to be called the Children's Parade.
