Ari Cartun

Ari Cartun is the rabbi at Etz Chayim. He is a student of Torah code, and specifically Torah numerology.

Cartun received his Master of Arts in Hebrew Letters and his Rabbinic Ordination from the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati. He holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri.

After a Congregational Internship at Temple Sinai in Washington, D.C., Rabbi Cartun became the Executive Director of the Hillel Foundation at Stanford University, a post he held for 21 years.
